Our promise is to provide you with the best service possible. If in any way we can satisfy your needs we will try to do so. Listed below is general information to help you understand our policies. Phone Orders
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you may place an order by telephone. To do so, please call 1.800.768ETAE(3823) between the hours of 9am-5pm EST., Monday through Friday.

Payments
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders by mail, please allow extra time for the clearing of personal checks.

Damaged Items/Wrong Merchandise
Please inspect package upon arrival, if you have received the wrong merchandise or if there is damage to an actual product; ex. spillage, please contact our customer service immediately at 1.800.768.ETAE(3823). Do not dispose of packaging material.

Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items
We accept returns for orders placed by phone or online only within 15 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, you must call 1.800.768.ETAE(3823) to speak with a representative and receive a claim # for exchange or refund. Repack products along with invoice and have them sent via UPS to the return address. We are not obligated to accept a return of opened or used products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless mistake is on our part.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect 8% sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of Pennsylvania.

Shipping
Orders received by 4:00 pm EST. Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays), are shipped
within 24hrs. Arrival should be expected around 2-7 business days.

Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO’s will be delivered by the US Postal Service.

Expedited (Overnight or Second Day Air): orders placed by 1pm will be shipped the same day Monday-Friday, EST. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season and the Tuesday after a 3 day weekend.
