Covid 19 delays
We’re shipping online orders 6 days a week. However, at this time we’re delayed up to 3 weeks with shipping due to Covid 19 business interruptions and due to a high volume of orders.
Customers will receive their tracking numbers once we print their shipping labels. If you have not received your tracking number that’s because your shipping label hasn’t been printed just yet. Other orders are in front of yours.
We’re located in PA., PA law has restricted our employees from working until further notice. We are short handed and not able to answer all calls and emails. If you have an urgent matter such as receiving a wrong order, or waiting a “month” and still not receiving your order. Please send an email to “email@example.com.
Please note: we’re not able to answer all emails that are not URGENT. We’re not able to respond to all emails asking for tracking numbers. Your tracking number WILL be sent by email.
