Hi, if you’re email is regarding an order status for an order placed between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, ALL ORDERS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. There is a major delay with the Postal Service.
The Postal Service have picked up all packages but they are delayed with delivering. Please allow an additional week or so to receive your package.
Your tracking number may say “preshipment” or it may show that is is in transit, however all orders have been shipped.
